tms is proud to announce that our Global Product Development team was recognized on Mojo Nation’s Hot 100, shortlisted in the Research and Development (R&D) category! The Mojo Nation Hot 100 champions innovators in the toy and games industries by releasing an annual list of companies who are the most influential in toy design. This is a significant achievement, and we’re thrilled to share the stage with an array of toy-talent across the world.
The Mojo Nation Hot 100 runs in tandem with the 2025 London Toy Fair, an annual extravaganza where the toy industry’s brightest minds and coolest products come together. Our product development and innovation teams had a blast attending the fair, immersing themselves in the next generation of toy production.
As proud sponsors of the Hot 1OO, tms’ Sophie Lazenby, Junior Product Designer, received a spotlight feature in Mojo Nation’s publication, where she shared insights about the Happy Meal® brand and showcased tms’ dedication to creating world-class products.
Sophie shared her experiences working on Happy Meal toys, emphasizing the complexity and teamwork involved in their creation. She highlighted the success of the recent Crocs™ campaign, which became one of the most successful Happy Meal promotions by blending the iconic Crocs™ and McDonald’s brands.
Six months into my role at tms has felt anything but short – every meeting, design discussion, and change has given me a newfound appreciation for the art of crafting a range of toys that will appeal to audiences around the world. A huge shoutout to everyone involved across the tms family – your hard work and creativity are world-class, and it’s an honor to be recognized alongside the best in the industry.
