tms joins Women in Football on their mission towards gender equality
tms is kicking off the year strong by becoming Women in Football’s (WIF) first corporate member of 2024. Women in Football is a network of professionals who are in sports marketing and want to provide support to their fellow female peers working in football/soccer. WIF’s objective is to increase women’s representation on all professional levels by challenging discrimination and lobbying for change in the industry.
tms became a corporate member to collaborate on initiatives which promote gender diversity and equity in the workplace. By engaging with the WIF community, we hope to share industry insights and best practices that give women the tools they need to thrive as professionals. Other sponsors of WIF include Sky Sports and the Premier League, giving members a wide array of perspectives to learn from.
