tms celebrates Lunar New Year from Seattle to Shanghai
Lunar New Year brought vibrant celebrations across our global offices, uniting teams through cultural traditions, festive gatherings, and community spirit. 2025 marks the Year of the Snake, symbolizing wisdom, transformation, and renewal. Across the globe, our teams embraced the occasion in unique ways, creating memorable moments together – take a look at the festivities below.
Shanghai & Shenzhen
This year’s Chinese New Year event for tms’ Shanghai and Shenzhen offices brought together over 100 colleagues in Xiamen, alongside leaders from tms Seattle and Hong Kong. During the day, teams participated in a collaborative music experience, learning to play instruments and performing songs of their choice. The evening dinner transformed into a lively concert, where employee bands showcased their newfound musical talents in a night of entertainment and camaraderie.
Seattle & Chicago
In our Seattle office and Chicago Headquarters, we kicked off the Lunar New Year festivities with a lively event featuring a special presentation and trivia game, hosted by tms’ Employee Resource Group, Leading and Empowering Asian Professionals (LEAP). Colleagues gathered to test their knowledge of Lunar New Year traditions and win exciting prizes. The celebrations were complemented by festive meals that embraced the rich symbolism of the holiday, including red decorations for luck and prosperity.
Dubai
Our Dubai team took part in a spectacular Lunar New Year celebration, attending a traditional Lion Dance performance at a local hotel. The event was filled with joy, energy, laughter, and even celebratory comedy skits!
