Didier Le Tien appointed as tms’ new Chief Digital & Information Officer

We are pleased to announce Didier Le Tien has been appointed as tms’ new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). 

With a wealth of experience in application delivery, data analytics, infrastructure and a proven track record in leading and optimizing complex operations, Didier is well-positioned to drive our digital and information strategy forward.  

I look forward to the impact Didier will have on our organization as we move toward an even more tech enabled and agile future.

Didier joins us from Advantage Solutions, a company providing outsourced sales and marketing solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers, where he was leading their cloud and data modernization. Before that, he held leadership positions at Lowe’s and US Foods, driving digital and data transformations ranging from large eCommerce to ERP implementations.

Biography

Didier is a results-driven executive with expertise in strategy, innovation, and execution. He has a successful track record of leading and transforming global organizations to achieve tangible business results by harnessing digital, data, and AI technologies while prioritizing security and compliance.  

Didier possesses a wealth of experience, most recently serving as Vice President (VP) of technology for Advantage Solutions. Prior to that, he was VP of Technology at Lowe’s and held other executive positions at global companies including US Foods. Didier recently joined tms in April of 2025.
