What type of work experiences did you have prior to joining tms?
In my previous role, I was a Digital Producer for an experiential marketing agency. During this time, I would manage and lead teams in all digital project builds. Project work included utilizing social media integrations, games, websites, and rsvp systems; backend system builds; creating landing pages; crafting email strategy and campaigns; and managing social media.
What’s in your headphones currently?
I’m usually all over the place, but I’m digging Kane Brown’s latest, One Mississippi, and Justin Bieber’s Holy.
As for podcasts, you’ll always find me listening to On Purpose with Jay Shetty and Your World Within | Inspiration, Motivation and Life Stories with Eddie Pinero.
Describe tms in one word.
Innovative.
During your time at tms, what work are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the everyday work that our T-Mobile Tuesdays team puts into each project.
There is a lot to be proud of, but there’s nothing greater than watching this team/family come together and face all the challenges that come our way. We’ve accomplished quite a bit and continue to strive for award-winning work.
What would the title of your autobiography be?
Dream, Believe, Motivate
Which person (dead or alive) would you most like to be stuck in an elevator with and why?
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. I have a million questions and would love to pick his brain — I’m always intrigued to see which projects he’s tackling next. I want to know what drives his lifestyle and how he’s able to manage it all. Also, how does he eat all that food daily?!
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve been given?
“Always, no matter what it is, find a purpose in what you’re doing and leave a mark in it.”
I take this advice with me wherever I go. You always want to leave your mark on the work you’re doing. Without it, there’s no purpose or motivation to be a part of a project, team, company, etc.
What’s your current side hustle?
I’m the Marketing Director of a newly built non-profit called, The Touchdown Foundation. We are a 501 c3 non-profit organization that provides revenue to support safe water programs around the world.
